Let’s talk locations! One of the most common questions I get asked is “Where is a good location?” I’ve had the opportunity to explore all kinds of locations in Orlando, but there are a few special spots I find myself returning to again and again. One of those is Hannibal Square in Winter Park.

Why Hannibal Square? There’s just something timeless about this little area off of Park Ave that has the perfect blend of charm, history, and natural beauty. Whether I’m photographing a couple’s engagement session, or a family portrait, this location has the versatility to make every session feel unique.

The brick-lined streets, and historic storefronts provide a warm, classic backdrop that photographs beautifully in all kinds of light. Whether you're dressed up for a formal session or keeping it casual with your kids or pets in tow, Hannibal Square has the versatility for any session and it’s the reason why I’ve returned to it time and time again.

Even if you’re not booking a session, Hannibal Square is worth a visit. Grab a coffee from one of the nearby cafes, take a walk through the rose garden, and soak in the history of this charming neighborhood.
